I just purchased the 552 set and stand for a great price. These weights are better than the competitors because they don't lock your wrists inside a box. The DVD that came with it is pretty good too. The weights fit nicely into a corner of the room, which is important for me because I live in an apartment. No more waiting in line at the gym for dumbbells.
